A VIC Sales Manager position within our dynamic Victorian Sales Team has become available!
You are strategically positioned as the lynchpin of the VIC Sales Team. As a leader, having the ability to mentor and inspire, be tenacious and resilient in achieving targets as well as an innovative approach to challenges, will ensure you develop strong relationships with your team, customers, vendors and internal stakeholders, whilst reporting directly to the VIC/TAS/TAS State Manager.
The core responsibility is market share growth while building brand identity and trust, always with the vision of enhancing the Henry Schein service experience. To achieve this objective, you will need to build and mold a high performing "One Team" culture that strives for excellence through ongoing coaching and development. A normal week will see you in the field at least 3 days providing support to Territory Managers and Sales Specialists.
